What is mobile billboard advertising?

Your ad plays on a 19" × 38" digital screen mounted on a vehicle that drives through busy parts of Boston, so people see it on the street instead of in one fixed spot.

How much does a mobile billboard ad cost in Boston?

A Monday–Friday week costs $300. A single Saturday or a single Sunday costs $80. Prices are shown before you pay.

How many times will my ad display?

Your ad displays 150 times per campaign day. A Monday–Friday week covers 5 campaign days.

How many businesses can advertise during the same period?

Each campaign period can accommodate up to 35 advertisers, who rotate on the vehicle's single 19" × 38" screen. Each advertiser receives 150 displays per campaign day. When a period is full, it shows as sold out.

Where does the vehicle travel?

Campaigns operate throughout Boston and surrounding Greater Boston areas, with routes focused on busy streets, commercial districts, shopping areas and other high-visibility locations.

Can I choose my route?

You can submit an optional route suggestion during booking. Boston Mobile Billboard determines the final route based on traffic, visibility, campaign logistics and operating conditions, so suggestions are considered but not guaranteed.

How far ahead do I need to book?

At least 48 hours before your campaign starts.

Do I need my advertisement ready before booking?

No. Uploading artwork during checkout is optional. After payment you get a private link to send it later.

When is artwork due?

48 hours before your campaign starts. If you book close to that limit, your artwork is needed immediately.

Can I advertise on Saturday or Sunday?

Yes. Saturday and Sunday are each sold as a single day for $80.

How do I pay?

Online by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Your space is confirmed once payment goes through.

Can I speak with someone before booking?

Yes. You can call Boston Mobile Billboard at (781) 502-2096 if you have questions, but standard campaigns can be selected, reserved and paid for completely online.

Do I need an account?

No. You book as a guest and receive your confirmation and artwork link by email.

How do I know my campaign ran?

After your campaign, we send campaign proof such as a GPS route history by email.

Can I cancel my booking?

Customer-requested refunds are available only when requested within 24 hours after your payment is successfully completed. After 24 hours, the purchase is non-refundable.

What happens if the company cannot run my campaign?

If Boston Mobile Billboard is unable to provide the campaign you purchased, you receive a full refund — regardless of the 24-hour customer refund window.

Do Business Partner memberships include billboard advertising?

No. Business Partner memberships are monthly listings in our online Partner directory. Mobile billboard advertising is booked and paid for separately.
