Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds work for mobile billboard advertising bookings.
Customer-requested cancellation
You may request a refund only within 24 hours after your Stripe payment is successfully completed. The 24 hours start when payment is confirmed — not when you start checkout, choose a date or upload artwork.
After 24 hours, the purchase is non-refundable.
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, use our online contact form and include your booking reference.
If we can't deliver your campaign
If Boston Mobile Billboard cannot provide the advertising campaign you purchased, you receive a full refund. This applies regardless of the 24-hour customer window.
Business Partner memberships
Partner memberships are separate monthly subscriptions for our online directory. You can cancel any time through Stripe's billing portal.
